Summary:

This is an exciting new opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager with our rapidly growing ENR 400 Construction Company. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of Water / Wastewater Treatment Plant construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Subcontract & purchase order scope development
• Project cost accounting setup
• Schedule of values
• Project scheduling
• Prime contract Administration
• Invoice review and approval
• Monthly position reports
• Owner & Engineer / Architect relations

Additional Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree, preferably in a technical field
• Experience in Water or Waste Water Treatment Facility Construction
• Good organizational skills
• Good management & communication skills
• Computer Applications Experience: Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook Primavera Project Planning (P3) or Primavera SureTrak , Expedition is a plus.
